How Do We Control The Quality?

From raw materials to mass production to packaging, we strictly control the quality of products per 25 inspection procedures to ensure that you can receive qualified products.

Raw Material Purchasing:

All raw materials (yarn, ribbon, paper, ink, etc.) must pass the corresponding certification, such as OEKO-100, GOTS, FSC, GRS, and more.

Raw Material Inspection:

All raw materials are subject to quality checks upon receipt, which include:

Color: whether there is the color difference
Dimensions: Whether the tolerance is exceeded
Colorfastness: whether it meets the industry standard

In-production Inspection:

During the production process of labels or hangtags, our engineer will carefully check the machines to ensure that all products are in the correct production process.

Post-production Inspection:

After the production, our quality inspection department will inspect the finished products, and the qualified products can be packed and stored. Defective products will be directly discarded and remade.

Random Inspection:

Our QC manager will conduct random inspections according to AQL standards before shipping. The package will be dispatched once a random check is passed.
